Viagra 50mg tablet contains an active component such as Sildenafil. This medication is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains the active ingredient sildenafil citrate, which belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps men achieve and maintain an erection. Viagra may have side effects, including headache, flushing, dizziness, upset stomach, nasal congestion, and vision changes. It should not be taken with certain medications or conditions, so it's crucial to consult a healthcare professional before using it. Erectile dysfunction can have a profound impact on a man's self-esteem and quality of life. By addressing ED, this medication can help improve a person's sense of well-being and overall happiness.
Individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases, such as heart problems (angina, heart failure, irregular heartbeats) or recent heart attack, should exercise caution when using Viagra. The sexual activity itself can strain the heart and can further increase the strain by increasing blood flow. Consult with a healthcare professional to assess the risks and benefits in such cases. This medication can cause a mild decrease in blood pressure. Caution is advised for individuals with low blood pressure or those taking medications that lower blood pressure, as combining these can lead to potentially harmful interactions. People with severe liver or kidney disease may experience slower elimination of Viagra from the body, leading to a prolonged effect. Dosage adjustments may be necessary in such cases.

Kachap was arrested in his home in the village of Varsanakhet district of Bangkok after he allegedly bought “Viagra” (sildenafil) and “Viagra Pills” from a man in the city and sent it to her by courier in Bangkok. Kachap reportedly bought a bag of Viagra pills from an undercover law enforcement officer, whose office had no record of the transaction.
The man’s wife then took the pills with her in their home, where they were taken to a hotel room where Kachap bought a bag of pills from a hotel. The hotel was searched, and Kachap was arrested, the lawyer for Kachap told the outlet.
“We suspect that Kachap and her husband are using an anonymous tipster in an effort to make her look a bit unappreciative,” he added.
Kachap has previously faced charges of making “misbranded” and receiving misbranded drugs like Viagra. She was ordered to pay $1.5 million in court costs, a court records show.
“This matter has been brought to our attention by an unknown person,” she told outlet. “He is accused of sending and receiving goods to someone else, but he was not aware that his wife was in Bangkok, and he was not aware that his wife was in Bangkok.”
Kachap allegedly gave the drugs to a friend, who then paid him $100, and then sent the drugs to her, the lawyer for Kachap told the outlet. The man then got into the vehicle and drove to her home, where Kachap bought a bag of Viagra pills.
The man’s wife then took the pills from the hotel room and then took him to her home, where she allegedly got the drugs from her in her car. “She told us she would give the pills to Kachap in Bangkok,” she added.
The woman was arrested by the police, and Kachap’s lawyer said the woman has a record of giving and receiving misbranded drugs to a man in Thailand.
“She is accused of taking the pills from an undercover officer, and she was not aware that her wife was in Bangkok,” he said.
“The court was not able to make a determination as to the amount of money given to Kachap, but the court noted that the money was “substantial.”
Kachap is appealing the case.A lawyer for Kachap said she was being questioned by police after an undercover officer arrived on the property with the drugs in her car. The undercover officer asked Kachap if she had received the drugs, and Kachap replied that she had not.“She was then informed to send the drugs to someone else,” she told the outlet. “She was arrested in Bangkok, and she was given the drugs.”
A police case manager for a local Thai tourist told The Bangkok Post that Kachap was arrested on Thursday for allegedly selling “Viagra” and “Viagra Pills” to a man in Bangkok and from the house.
“A man was seen selling Viagra to a man in Bangkok and was arrested in his home,” the manager told the outlet.
The man’s wife, Tham Pratap Kachap, was also arrested on Friday.
“Kachap was arrested on Friday and the man’s wife was taken into custody in a jail cell in Bangkok,” she said.
Kachap was sentenced to 30 days in custody. She was also jailed on a one-year prison sentence.Kachap was previously fined $1 million and released on bond for a six-month term of imprisonment, a sentence that was also reduced from 30 days to a maximum of 5 years.
